Measure an Existing Ring
Choose a ring that fits the finger you want to measure.
Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimetres.
Use the Inside Diameter column in the chart to find your ring size.
Measure Your Finger
Wrap a strip of paper or string around the finger where you want to wear your ring.
Keep it snug, but comfortable.
Mark where the paper or string meets, then measure the length in millimetres.
Use the Inside Circumference column in the chart to find your ring size.
Existing Ring (Use Inside Diameter Measurement)

Select an existing ring that fits the desired finger.

Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).

Use the Inside Diameter column in chart below to determine your ring size.
Measure Your Finger (Use Inside Circumference Measurement)

Wrap a strip of paper around your finger where you’d like to wear your ring.

Make sure that the paper is pulled snug to your finger, the tighter the better, to find your best fit.

Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler in mm.

Use the Inside Circumference column in chart below to determine your ring size.
