Where can I see my order status?
Easily track your order after purchase regardless of the shipping location. Download the Shop app to track all of your orders placed through Shopify.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver to the US and Canada for free using Canada Post Tracked packaging which takes 3-6 days. Our international shipment are sent via DHL which takes between 1-4 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via DHL or Canada Post.
Payment & Orders
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces we do not offer refunds. However if for any reason there is damage to the product when it was received please contact us at hello@thebowjewelry.com with photos of the received item and we will arrange for an exchange or refund if it cannot be remade.
Please let us know of your wish for an exchange within 5 days of receiving the item.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
The Bow Jewelry pieces are handmade with intricate detail and natural gemstones. Therefore, all pieces must be handled gently and with great care. The gemstones are natural which means that each one is unique and may have inclusions that enhance the unique quality of the gem and the piece.
Although our jewelry is made to be passed on from generation to generation, 925 silver is not tarnish-resistant and gold plating will not last forever, to help protect your jewels for as long as possible we do recommend removing your pieces when bathing, exercising, when using harsh chemicals and when putting on perfume and lotion. In order to maintain the vintage appearance and feel, we do not recommend cleaning the jewelry. However, you may use a dry, soft cloth to gently remove dust.
We feel it is important to celebrate this aging process of the jewels as it is part of their journey and story.
