International Duties, Taxes

USA & Mexico (CUSMA): Our jewelry is handcrafted in Canada and enters the USA and Mexico Duty-Free. This is our commitment to our North American collectors. (Please note: in some cases local state taxes or courier processing fees may apply).

International: For all other countries, orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any local import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot estimate these costs, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
- High-Value Shipments For orders over $2,500 USD, US Customs may require a formal entry. In these rare cases, the courier may contact you for further details to facilitate clearance. The Bow Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Delays & Tracking
How do I check my status? When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for tracking info to update.
Delays: While we always aim to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, severe weather, strike action, or customs clearance. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@thebowjewelry.com so we can investigate.
P.O. Boxes: At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our collection, we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to own a piece that makes you feel empowered!

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your order, please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your item.

Damages: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@thebowjewelry.com. We will arrange for an immediate exchange or a full refund if the item cannot be remade.
