Final Sale & One-of-a-Kind Nature
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our works, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing.
Hygiene Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable.
Sizing Responsibility
Because our pieces are unique artifacts, we are unable to offer resizing services. We strongly urge you to verify your exact size before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us at hello@thebowjewelry.com for guidance before placing your order.
Damages & Defects
1. Damaged upon Arrival (Shipping Damage)
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
How to claim: Email hello@thebowjewelry.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Resolution: If the item is deemed damaged due to shipping or a production error, we will arrange for a repair or refund at no cost to you.
2. Manufacturing Warranty (30 Days)
We inspect every piece before it leaves our studio to ensure the highest quality. We offer a 30-day warranty on all items from the date of delivery.
What is covered: Manufacturing defects (such as faulty clasps or breakage at the weld).
What is not covered: Lost items, tarnishing, or damage caused by general wear and tear (such as bent rings, scratched metal, or broken chains due to pulling/accidents).
Repairs & International Protocol
If your piece needs repair after the 30-day period, we are happy to help! Please email us for a repair quote.
Important for International Repairs: To avoid high customs fees on your own item, you must contact us before mailing any item back. We will provide specific customs declaration instructions.
Warning: Packages sent without our authorization or with incorrect customs forms (e.g., declared as high-value merchandise instead of "Canadian Goods Returning") may be refused or assessed a customs fee, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Liability
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Bow Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information reports the package as "Delivered" to the address provided. Please ensure you have a secure delivery location.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
- Please Note: This timeframe excludes custom or made-to-order pieces. Estimated lead times for these items are specified on their individual product pages.
- You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA)
Free shipping on all orders over $120 CAD. Orders under $120 CAD are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We offer Free International Shipping for orders over $500 CAD. For all other orders, we offer flat-rate shipping:

International Duties, Taxes
- USA & Mexico (CUSMA): Our jewelry is handcrafted in Canada and enters the USA and Mexico Duty-Free. (Please note: in some cases local state taxes or courier processing fees may apply).
- International: For all other countries, orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any local import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- High-Value Shipments: For orders over $2,500 USD, US Customs may require a formal entry. The Bow Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Delays & Tracking
- How do I check my status? When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for tracking info to update.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, severe weather, strike action, or customs clearance. If you haven't received your order within 15 days of shipping confirmation, contact hello@thebowjewelry.com.
- P.O. Boxes: At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our collection, we do not offer refunds.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your order, please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Damages: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@thebowjewelry.com. We will arrange for an immediate exchange or a full refund if the item cannot be remade.
