How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 2-5 days, unless stated differently on product page, from the studio in Montreal, Canada. Delivery times will depend on your destination but all orders are tracked from our studio to your door.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces we do not offer refunds. However if for any reason there is damage to the product when it was received please contact us at hello@thebowjewelry.com with photos of the received item and we will arrange for an exchange or refund if it cannot be remade.
Please let us know of your wish for an exchange within 5 days of receiving the item.
Can I try your products in a store?
Currently we are only available in an exclusive store here in Montreal where our studio is located. If you prefer to try on the pieces you can visit Corail Blanc on 3652 St.Laurent. If you would like to see the pieces live, you can book a zoom with us by emailing hello@thebowjewelry.com and we will will be happy to arrange a meeting and show you the pieces live on zoom.
